- [Narrator] As V-Ray experiences become more and more ubiquitous, the chances that we as a 3D artist will be asked to work on such a project becomes more and more likely. And so what we will take a look at in this exercise, are the easy-to-use panoramic rendering options available to us when using V-Ray. Indeed, enabling such in V-Ray Next is as easy as opening up the Render Setup dialogue, and then in the camera rollout found in the V-Ray tab, making the switch from the standard or default camera to one of the panoramic options, of which, there are two that we will focus on here, these being the Spherical Panorama and 6x1 Cubemap cameras. With the latter, perhaps being more readily associated with the VR environment found inside a real-time game engine such as Unreal, which of course is helping drive the current upsurge in demand for VR content.
