Naming schemes

Now, one more thing I want to talk about is naming schemes. In addition to layers, you also need to name your objects descriptively so that you know what they are. We're, again, going to be creating a lot of different objects in our scene here, and we want to make sure that everything is named descriptively. Now, in this particular scene, we really only have the geometry of the character. But if we go into our Layer Manager here, you can see that I've already started to name my character descriptively. Every piece of geometry has the word, walter, before it. Now, if I want, I could go and add some additional names to that. For geometry, I could put, for example, a big G before that, so that way, I know it's geometry. And we can also create prefixes for, really, everything in the scene. So if you want, go ahead and start thinking about the naming scheme that you want to create for your character.
