- In this video I'll show you how you can conform…a pathway or roadway to a landscape…and I'll show you two different methods.…On the landscape on the left we'll get…the landscape itself to conform to a flat pathway.…On the example on the right, we'll get the pathway…to conform to the topography of the landscape.…So let's begin.…Select the path over here and let's outline it.…I'm going to select this spline…and let's outline it…with the Center option, let's say 10 feet…and then go back to the top level.…
Let's extrude that spline one foot…and change it's color to something else.…I'm going to use this middle gray.…So this is our pathway,…and what I want to do is…hold that down a little bit,…so it's just below the landscape if you like…or you can go just above, it doesn't really matter.…I'll go kind of just below.…And now I will select the landscape itself…and come over here to the PolyDraw tool set here.…
I'm going to draw on the surface,…and I need to then pick the surface by clicking this button,…and I will click this object.…
