Configuring viewports - 3ds Max Tutorial
From the course: 3ds Max 2017 Essential Training
Configuring viewports
- [Voiceover] 3ds Max opens up with a traditional four viewport layout in which each one of those panels is the same size. You can change that layout if you wish. Maybe, for example, you want to have a large Perspective view and have the Orthographic views be smaller. One way to do that is from this toolbar on the left side of the interface, which is the viewport layout tabs. Click on the button down here, it's an arrow facing right, and then you've got some stock layouts from which you can choose, and this is the one I want actually here. Click on that, all right, and now I've got the layout that I wanted in which we've got a large Perspective view.
