Choosing aspect ratio in Render Setup

- [Narrator] In the previous movie we saw how to enable safe frames to make sure that what we see in the view port matches the framing of what we see in our rendering. Now let's talk about changing the aspect ratio, that is of course the ratio of the width divided by the height. We do that from the render settings, not from the camera settings. Render settings are found up here on the main toolbar. Render set up looks like a tea pot with a gear. Click on that and the render set up window opens. And you want to go to the common tab. And here's where you set your aspect ratio. It's determined by the output resolution that you're saving to. And in my scene, I have a custom resolution of 640 x 360. And that results in a 16 x 9 aspect ratio or standard television ratio. And we see that here 16 divided by 9 is 1.777 repeating. So I want to change my aspect ratio and it's a simple as choosing a different resolution. Let's say I click on this button 640 x 480. And now we have a standard…
