Choosing aspect ratio in Render Setup

- [Instructor] In the previous movie, we saw how to enable save frames, make sure that what we see in the viewport matches the framing of what we see in our rendering. Now let's talk about changing the aspect ratio. That is, of course, the ratio of the width divided by the height. We do that from the render settings, not from the camera settings. Render settings are found up here on the main toolbar. Render setup. It looks like a teapot with a gear. Click on that and the render setup window opens. And you want to go to the Common tab, and here's where you set your aspect ratio. It's determined by the output resolution that you're saving to. And in my scene, I have a custom resolution of 640 by 360, and that results in a 16 by nine aspect ratio, or a standard television ratio. And we see that here, 16 divided by nine is 1.777 repeating. So I'm going to change my aspect ratio, and it's as simple as choosing a different resolution. Let's say I click on this button, 640 by 480, and now we…
