…For this project, we need a couple of different glasses.…We need a standard clear window glass for our windows and entry door.…In addition, we need a cam light lens.…It's a lens or cover that goes over the…exterior cam lights and the soffit over that walkway.…And so, I'll get two materials made, both starting…as glass, but having some different properties to them.…I'll press m for Materials.…And here in my slate I'm going to make another new Arch and Design.…For this again, I'll press h to minimize the…maps and upsize that material, turning on its background.…
Finally, I'll name it Glass clear.…As usual in my naming, I'll try to prefix what I'm doing with a name.…I should probably go back and catch the metals and name…them, metal, so they all stack up in the list correctly.…For glass then we've got a couple of templates that are, really good.…I'm going to use the Glass Thin Geometry.…This is made for window panes as the Tool Tip says, and doesn't do any refraction.…It doesn't bend the light as it passes through.…
