- [Instructor] Let's take a look at few points for minimizing virtual reality sickness. Now, what is VR sickness? Well, VR sickness is something that's actually very common within virtual reality, right now anyways. We're in these early days of VR. Everyone's learning things on a week by week basis. So, VR, the best way to describe VR sickness would be something almost akin to like a car sickness or a motion sickness. This can happen in many different ways. It can be something as simple as bright lights or jarring movements, movement of the camera. Let's take a look at a few ways that we can minimize VR sickness. And one of the basic ways is the overall performance of your VR projects. And that is maintaining that minimum frame rate of 90 frames per second. Going as high as you can on that is going to create a better performance, a more smooth performance, and a much better experience for the viewer as well.
