- [Voiceover] In the previous movie, I showed you how to begin the process of loosening up a pointing action by breaking a joint on a limb and using a leading action. Now we're gonna really take the process even further. So, what we're gonna do is add motion to the total body. A squash, an anticipation, an overshoot and then settling, so I've got that in green, dark grey for the anticipation, red for the breakdown or overshoot and then blue for the settle. So, we go from the start, anticipation, overshoot or breakdown and then the final settle pose and just to overlay them in you want to have a general outline of where these poses exist in relation to each other in space, if you want to try to, you know, replicate this, if you're working in a CGI or some other medium. That's the kind of range of motion I'm working with here. So, one of the principles that I'm applying with these new poses is to use reversal and that is the line of action, which would roughly correspond sometimes with…
