- [Instructor] This is an animation I've used in a previous movie dealing with thumbnails and breakdowns. So if looks familiar, that's why. What I want the point out in this example while looking at this scene is the push frame and that's the leg position here and that's the push. So if you ever do a scene where a character is going to be doing some very energetic action, maybe they're running super fast to jump off the ground or they're leaping into the air and your scene feels a little floaty and it lacks energy. It might be because you don't have this push frame. So let's take a look at this scene in motion. So that's the scene and as you can see, nice energetic little jump. So let's take a look at this frame by frame. There we have the push frame. So let's go back. Push and then up. So what you may notice about this is we only see the push for one frame. So the secret of a push is don't dwell on them. If you hold on that push for too long, it's not much of a push. It'll stick, or…
