Breaking joints on walks

- [Instructor] I have a course in the library that goes into this in great detail called 2D Animation: Character and Attitude Walk Cycles. So if you want to do more breaking of joints on walk cycles, that's a good course to watch. So let's take a look at fantastic places to apply the principle of breaking joints and that's walk cycles. Now you may not notice where the break is happening here. Give you a moment to look and guess and then I'll show you. On the top row, a standard walk cycle. On the bottom row, the same walk cycle, but with a breaking joint happening on the frame in red and the frame in green, it's still breaking until it snaps back on the contact position. That's the point in the walk cycle where the break happens. Here's a more extreme example. I wanted to push the anatomy to a much further degree.
