Assigning materials to objects
- [Instructor] We will continue applying materials to different parts of the structure and these objects in the scene. Starting off with this lamp over here, I'm going to go into my mega scans folder and then into surfaces where I have all the required materials. For this lamp, I assume that the body should be made up of metals, so I'm going to use a metal material for the outer body. And I have chosen this painted copper material, and I'm going to drag and drop this on top of this metallic part and the materials change. For the inner part, I'll leave it to white. Later, I may change this depending on the situation, but for now I will just stick to this painted copper sheet. I will drag and drop it here, and on this lamp here and the same material I'm going to use for these lamps as well.
