- [Instructor] Let's take a quick look at the anatomy of a quadrupedal animal and compare to a humanoid. So on the left side, we have our human figure, and on the right side, any kind of generic four-legged animal, and we can imagine it's a dog. So what I've done is color coded the body parts so that you can see what human body equates with the equivalent body part on a dog. So it can be confusing if you're not familiar with this to wonder like what on earth is a dog leg? And you can see, for example, this limb here or this bone corresponds with this part of the human body. So here's the knee of the human, here's the knee of the dog. And similarly on the forearm or the lower arm here, you can see the dark blue, and that corresponds to the dark blue here, and ditto, of course, with the red side. And even the toes have been marked out in little dashes and they correspond to these here and here. So it's not as alien as it might appear at first glance. The range of motions will also be…
