Dane Howard: One & Co., I have known for a long time, and these are three really talented principals from a very small group that actually found their way to HTC. And the thing that kept recurring back and back again is their depth. They have a tremendous depth in soft goods and in hard goods, and it's even down into how the different principals run their projects. So you have got Jonah with incredible amount of depth working on PreViz projects like in snowboard equipment and soft goods, which is basically like fabrics in the corporation of fabrics, which is very different process than hard goods which is making phones. When you blend that, I think a lot of their experimentation--like when you walk into their lobby, you see this amazing silver plated coffee table. And when you hear Jonah talk a little bit about that process of silver plating repurposed wood, I think it's their depth in creating and understanding furniture that helps them understand the context by which someone is…
