- Regular people like to go to computer stores…and buy a nice computer…with Windows pre-installed…and that's great…but we're A+ nerds,…so we have to talk about the different Windows…installation options you have out there…and I like to start with the easiest one…and that is regular old installation media.…Now this is the type of installation I do…more than any others…where I have some kind of media…and I install it onto a Windows system.…Now I went to the store and I buy these.…Or sometimes it comes with the system…not installed but the disk comes with the system.…
And I go ahead,…I drop this in.…I boot off the optical media…and I begin the Windows installation process.…Today, a lot of times…we can even see these on thumb drives.…However, no matter how you choose your media,…you're gonna have something.…You're gonna go through the installation process,…and then well you're done.…Now that is the most common way to do it…that I see in the individual world.…But you have a lot of other options…and they're covered on the A+.…
