Instructor Mike Meyers gives a tour of laptop devices and shows how to expand, configure, manage, and disassemble laptop components. He also reviews mobile device options and how to work with mobile connections.

(jazz music) - Hey everybody, it's Mike Meyers and I am welcoming you to laptops and mobile devices. This is the sixth of six Lynda courses that are designed to help you pass the CompTIA A 901 exam.
So as you might imagine, in this course we're gonna be covering, well I don't know, how 'bout laptops and mobile devices? So we're really gonna be getting into the hardware in this episode. We're gonna be talking about the different types of processors and the different types of phones and tablets and laptops and all that cool stuff. So get ready for a lot of fun, and for those of you who are using my book, we're gonna be covering chapters 24 and 25.
