And that, my friend, brings us to the end of this road, but this is just the beginning of your journey into word pristine development. In front of you, you have a full-featured, production-ready word pristine, you can deploy on your own site or use a baseline for a future project, or for future customizations. And just as importantly, you now have the skills to start from scratch, create your own custom designs and build your own Wordpress themes, for public distribution or for personal or commercial projects.
During the preparation of this course, I decided to publish the theme we've been working on for free on the web. By the time this course goes live, Simone should be available in the WordPress theme directory and on GitHub under www.github.com/more10. There you can get the latest version, along with extensions and upgrades, and also contribute to the future development of Simone, if you like. Before I let you go, let me point you towards some further resources that will help you along the way.
You already know where to find underscores, at underscores.me. And anytime you start a new theme you should always start with a fresh theme from this site. Underscores is in constant development. And if you want to collaborate, or just see whats going on, you can find the theme itself at github.com/automatic/_s. As you dive deeper into Wordpress theme development, you may need to look up features and functions. For this, there is no better resource than the Wordpress Codex.
I visit this site on a daily basis, and so should you. Lastly, to expand your knowledge and continue your path of learning design, development, and WordPress itself, look no further than our ever expanding library of courses right here, at lynda.com. I had a lot of fun creating this course, and I hope you had as much fun taking this journey with me. Now that you're done, I would love to hear from you and see what you've accomplished. You can find me on Twitter @Morten where I talk about WordPress, web design and whatever fits the moment.
Now all that's left for me to say is, thank you for watching and I'll see you in the next course.
