Can I return an item if I'm not satisfied with it, if I change my mind, or if I ordered the wrong product?

If the item has not been opened, you may return it to us for full credit within 30 days from the date of purchase. WE DO NOT ACCEPT RETURNS AFTER 30 DAYS. Before returning an item, please contact our Customer Service department using the contact us form , fax, or phone to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Returns without an RMA number will not be accepted. If you know your order/invoice number, please mention it when you contact us.

Returned items must be insured for their full value and professionally packaged and shipped to us at your expense. International customers may want to discuss lower-cost shipping methods with us.
