Exporting an image for print
In this segment, I'm going to talk about printing and exporting your images. I really want to talk about both of those. Printing the image yourself, on your own device. And then, maybe exporting your image, as if you were going to send it to a commercial printing company. And, I just want to provide you some tips and tricks on doing both. So, what we're going to start with of course, is the image that's completed. We've done our color correction, any image adjustment, any retouching, any sharpening. So the image is all right, we've done our soft proofing. We're convinced that we've got the color right, that it's going to print okay. Alright, so what do we do next? Well, if you're going to print your own image, you don't necessarily need to flatten and simplify the image. In images with lots of layers like we have here, it used to be in the old days that these were difficult to print. In the new days, not a problem.
