In the past you would have people that would specialize in certain zones of a vehicle. But today, you need somebody that's multi-talented. So you know, an exterior designer could be developing an exterior for one, for one vehicle and then the very next job he could be going onto an interior. And the reason is, once the exterior is done, there's a lot more work that goes into an interior design. So, as far as a design process goes, it's only a small portion of that design process that will take that time. For the interior, you may have different derivatives, different trim levels. So you know you have to be multi-talented. So, in, today, they're, they're doing pretty much everything.
