Ning Wang has fifteen years of professional business experience, including finance, engineering, strategic development, product development, and online and offline media advertising. She has held senior operational positions, with profit and loss responsibilities, in a number of successful B2C and B2B commerce ventures. Prior to joining lynda.com, Ning was COO of Blue Casa Communications where she improved provision operations through key metrics and process automation. Before Blue Casa, Ning was CFO and COO of Bargain Network, where she played an instrumental role in improving profit margins tenfold in two years. Ning holds a Ph.D. in physics from U. C. Berkeley and spent four years as a management consultant at McKinsey & Company. Ning joined lynda.com in the early part of 2008.
