Solution: Pose the arms
Okay, so here's my solution for posing the arms. I'm going to start by masking off the arms. So I'm going to hold down Ctrl and just draw out a mask. Might want to do this a couple of different times just so I make sure I get the mask exactly where I want it. And maybe even I'll come in here closer and do some painting to get the mask just right. I'm going to hit S to change the draw size, and then just hold down Ctrl to paint a mask exactly where I want it. Let's look at it from this angle over here. Looks pretty good. Alright, so I'm going to hit F to zoom out a little bit, and let's just blur the mask to get a smoother transition. I'm going to hit that a couple times. And then let's invert the mask. So now we're only affecting the arms. Okay, so now I'm going to rotate this to a side view and I want to hold down Shift to snap it. Let's get our Rotate tool out, and draw a new manipulator from the shoulder. I'm going to hold down Shift to lock this so it's straight, and now let's…
