You'll know how to use templates to create your envelopes and labels as well. Time and effort can be saved by maintaining a list of recipients to draw from on a regular basis. You'll know how to work with different kinds of recipient lists, from Outlook contacts to Word tables to Excel spreadsheets. Next, you'll know how to use Mail Merge functionality to merge recipient lists with envelopes and labels, including how to format your envelopes and labels to conform with regulations while maintaining optimal appearances. Upon completion of this course, you'll also know how to take advantage of Electronic Postage options in Word, to print your own postage directly on an envelope or a shipping label.

You'll also know how to handle some of the most common issues working with envelopes and labels in Word 2007.
