Included with this course are short chapter-by-chapter quizzes that can be used to assess how much you've learned after each chapter. These assessments are in the Adobe PDF format, which requires you to download and install a copy of the free Adobe Reader application. You can download this application by opening your browser and going to get.adobe.com/reader. You'll also find more information on the PDF format in the chapter of this course titled "Introduction to Sharing Files." Once you open the assessment in Reader, you'll be able to take the quiz and type your answers in the boxes by each question.
Just click in one of the fields and type your response. At the end of the last page of each assessment, you'll find a Reset button, which will clear all of your answers if you wish to start over again, as well as a Print button, which when clicked open your computer's Print dialog box, allowing you to print a copy of the assessment that includes your answers. Note that if you are using Adobe Reader, you won't be able to save a copy of the completed form with your answers filled in. So be sure you do print a copy of the assessment once you've completed it, so you do have a copy that contains your answers.
