Female 1: One of the things that I like to do when I'm pre-interviewing people, if I have that luxury or when I'm actually doing the interviews and I'm kind of keeping track of what's going on with multiple interviews is I like to use themes, common themes, everybody speaking to the same issue multiple times. Its going to give me a lot of different inner cut points, and a lot of different overlap coverage points, make my editing life easier, and give me options for downstream uses. So if you can kind of put people into different themes, why I love to work here, what I love about it, what I'm doing today, and what i'm tomorrow, and each of your interviewees speaks to those same themes. That's going to help you crafting your interviews. I also want to identify key talking points, because a lot of times I'm going to be asked to provide the perspective interviewee with a list of talking points.
