Taking advantage of track lighting

One of the things I always recommend you do that can make your film making life considerably easier is to always take advantage of the natural lighting in any location. Now when I say natural lighting, I'm not just talking about sunlight but I'm also talking about. Any artificial light that are already present on the location. I'm always looking to see, can I use those lights somehow in my setup to actually be practical lights to light my subject? So right now, I'm going to have Greg go ahead and reach up and turn these track lights around. Track lights are my favorite type of lighting to take advantage of. Why? Because they're nice and strong. They're often halogen sources. And, more often than not, they're even on a dimmer. So I can further manipulate this light to my exact film making purposes.
