Rich: Amy, one of the first things I think anybody can do when it comes time to getting prepared for an interview is focus sort of on their own preparation, correct? Amy: That's true. And you're the Boy Scout here Rich, so I know you're always prepared. Rich: One of the things I think is essential is that you focus on what it takes. So you're going to develop your own process. Through today's course we're going to focus on lots of different ways to get prepared. Things that you can do for yourself. As well as steps to make sure that your subject is ready. But at the end of the day you're going to have to develop your own process. So, take the best practices we share with you. And develop your own work flow. And then really.
