Male 1: While the computer generated transcript is useful, one generated by a human being is always more accurate. And the good news is, is that you could replace the one that was speech analysis and instead attach the transcript. Everywhere the word is not recognized by the computer, it'll turn and look at the transcript and use that word instead. This'll improve the accuracy of the overall transcribed interview. I just select the clips and choose to Analyze them again. I could then attach a reference script. I just need to navigate, to my hard drive where I've stored it. Grab the text file and choose Open. Now, it's important that the text file be UTF-8 when you save it. If you don't see this, when you open your transcript and choose File, Save As, I access this on the Mac by holding down the Alt key, but you can find this on many application.
