Hi, I'm Curt Frye. Welcome to Up and Running with Tableau. In this course I will show you how to use Tableau to visualize your data. I'll start by showing you how to run Tableau, install files that let you connect to your data, and get help if you need it. Next, I'll show you how to connect to data sources, create visualizations and sort and filter your data. Chapter three shows you how to manage Tableau workbooks, while chapter four demonstrates how to create specific visualizations, format your data and display visualizations in presentation mode.

Finally, chapter five demonstrates how to summarize and present your data using maps and dashboards. All of these methods provide the power and flexibility you need to visualize your data so you can make good decisions for your company. I'm sure you'll find that your time with Up and Running with Tableau will be time well spent. Dive right in.
