Sven-Erik Seaholm
Longtime San Diego resident and record producer Sven-Erik Seaholm has been known to wear many hats. Over the years, he has written, recorded, produced, and arranged music for albums and soundtracks. He's also worked as an independent journalism, graphic designer, photographer, and web developer. Sven-Erik is a highly regarded singer and songwriter, and is the creative force behind the band The Wild Truth. Their album, This Golden Era, was selected as a Best Political Album by the San Diego Weekly Reader. He's also received wide acclaim for his solo albums, Upload and Passion's Little Plaything.
Sven-Erik's production work has garnered numerous awards, including San Diego Music Awards for Best Producer in 2003, 2005, and 2006; Best Local Recording (Via Satellite's Wake Up Heavy); Best Blues Album (Buddy Blue'sPretend It's Okay); and Best Americana Album (The Coyote Problem's Wire). He has worked or performed with a long list of artists, including Jewel, Grammy winner Dave Alvin, Judy Henske, Steve Poltz, Tower of Power, and Lee Rocker.
