Utilizing the Copic library

In this video we're going to take a look at the Copic library. To open up the library we can go up to Windows > Copic library. Or we can use this icon here in the tool bar simply by just tapping it once to open and again to close. So let's move the Copic library over like this and you'll notice that we have two tabs. We have an illustration and we also have a design. So with the illustration tab, let's take this slider and we can select our base color and beneath that we have a whole selection of colors within that particular family. Let's choose R46 in this example. Now one thing to note here is that you don't have to use the Copic markers with these colors. I can go ahead and use a standard marker with a Copic color. Let me show you how that works. I'm going to open up my layer editor here. I'm going to go up to the top layer, which is outline and let's just add another layer on top of that.
