Using a 4K computer display
- You know, Rich, these days, it's all about resolution. 4K, 5K, 6K, I've even seen 8K demos over at Inter BEE last year and I'm sure by this year at any BEE, 4K is going to be passé. Everybody's going to be talking about 8K plus workflows. - Yeah, but, at the end of the day, it is resolution and this kind of ties into that statement I made earlier. There's different needs at different times, and so, we've got 4K computer displays now, and I would not call these... wonderfully color-accurate. - Well, let's put it this way. They're not necessarily field monitors, and that's a really important distinction. Most field monitors are going to be HD resolution or maybe even a little less. In terms of 4K-plus field monitors, that is, monitors that were designed specifically for that purpose, well, your choices are few and far between.
