Mounting the green screen

To set up your green screen, put the cross bar on top of your stands and attach a backdrop. If you have a back drop with grommets, you can tie it on with some sash rope, otherwise you can just use a series of spring clamps to attach it at the top. You just want to make sure your green screen is spread out nice and tight across the bar so that there is no bunching of the fabric. Once your green screen is on the bar, tight and secure, you can go ahead and raise the bar up a foot or two on each side, and attach some spring clamps to the stand to hold the green screen in place. Continue to raise the bars all the way to your desired height. Try to keep the cross bar as level as possible. This is easiest to do with two people raising the bars in unison. However, if you're setting it up yourself you'll have to alternate between the bars, raising each up a foot or two at a time, tightening, then adjusting the other bar to match the height.
