Flying with a Two-Person Team - Controller
- Okay, so Francis, I gotta tell you, you did a really good job flying in the quadcopter at the same time you're controlling the camera. That's pretty difficult to do though. Yeah, takes some practice. - Oh yeah, it definitely takes a lot of practice. I mean, the other day I was trying to fly this thing by myself in a wooded area. I had to make sure that I'm trying to get my shot the right way and trying to make sure that my quadcopter doesn't run into anything. - Yeah, this is what I worry about all the time. We talked about using a spotter to help you out with obstacles and giving you clear and concise commands about where to fly and how to fly. But what we wanna do now is sort of split the jobs up. Since Francis is a better pilot than me I'm gonna let him fly and then I'm gonna control the actual camera itself. And to be honest with you, this is my preferred method to working in a two-man team with a quadcopter. Let one person control the camera, let the other person fly. And that…
