Camera options - SOLIDWORKS Tutorial
From the course: SOLIDWORKS Rendering with PhotoView 360
Camera options
In Photoview 360, we can adjust the camera and the computer just like we could in the real world. We can adjust the focal length of the camera, the depth of field and the type of lens. Let's take a look at the cameras we have in the scene here. And by the way I'm opening up 4.2 Assembly. And say look at camera one. Right click on it and say Edit Camera. Now you can see this is a view we're looking at right now currently, and if I come down here, we've already covered how to position the camera, but if we come down a little further, we can see what our depth of field is. Now depth of field is interesting, because in this case here you can see it's actually slightly behind the focal point of the camera. So we probably want to adjust that to get the depth of field kind of right in the center of what we're looking at. The first thing there is what type of lens do we want to be using. Right now we're using a 50 millimeter standard lens, but I can also choose any of these other lenses here…
