The real-time render engine

Next up, we cover the brand new RT feature, which stands for Real Time rendering. With this technology you actually see realistic renderings generating in real time while you work. This instant feedback can then help you save extra rounds of rendering and help you finish faster. This scene we're looking at already has a backdrop, lights, and all the materials assigned. However, you can use the RT at any time, regardless of completion. Even better, anything in this scene can be changed and the RT will automatically update on the fly. Let's get this going. I'm going to select Render View. So that's what'll be focused on. Over here on the V-Ray toolbar, we've clicked on the r button a million times. Right next to it is the real time render. So let's click on that. It's going to launch a VFB, just like a normal rendering. But you'll see the difference, here, just in a second.
