Microsoft Project is one of the most widely used project management applications, and I will show you how to get the most out of this powerful program. I will explain how to set up different kinds of tasks, like work tasks, summary tasks, milestones and recurring tasks.
We will explore the different types of resources you use on projects. I will demonstrate how you link tasks together and assign resources to tasks to build a realistic project schedule. I will walk you through using different project views to look at your project from different angles, so you can check upon where things stand, how much things cost, or where the project might be getting into trouble. We will examine other Project features that help you evaluate your schedule and resource workloads to make sure you are bringing your project in on time and within budget.
