Mixing is an art, and I hope the techniques I've shown you here can help you create awesome mixes. Whether you're working at a computer, mixing on a console, mixing to tape, mixing from tape, I find that all these techniques are classic and timeless and will work in any scenario. Listen to other peoples mixes, listen to other records. Think of how they're made and really try to bring some of that into your work and experiment.
