While it would be helpful to have a basic working knowledge of Pro Tools before taking this course, you may not need it if you pick up software quickly. You can watch it alongside of this course to reference specific topics that I may not dive deep into in the course. If questions arise about specific buttons, preferences, etcetera during the course.
