Importing finished assets

So in the previous movie, we reassembled our sequence by bringing in an XML file that another artist had created for us. That artist had rendered newly color corrected media out of Da Vinci resolve, and then handed us a folder of media and an XML file. But we got that all in and we saw there was still some mistakes that we had to fix. And in some cases, those fixes might have to go back to another artist and ask them for an additional change. As we saw on the end graphic that didn't line up with the letter boxing that the colorist had applied. Now when it comes to importing file assets, you're not always going to get an XML file. Somebody might just email you a file, or post it on an FTP, or hand it over to you on a drive. And obviously, importing files is simple, you can do it via media browser, you can just use the import command, but the point of this movie is I want you to stay organized and build a system.
