So far in this chapter, we've determined how to identify shots that are illegal for broadcast or many distributors. We've also taken a look at applying the video Limiter effect here inside of Premiere Pro on a shot by shot basis and tweaking it depending on our needs. Now I love applying the video Limiter on a shot by shot basis, because it gives you a lot of flexibility, but when you need to move fast and finish a show quickly, sometimes it can be a little bit of a pain. So I want to show you in this movie another technique for applying the video Limiter. So here in this timeline, 03 03 Adjustment Layers for Legalization, as the name of the timeline implies, what I'm going to do is use an adjustment layer over these three clips that we've previously determined are illegal. So I'll come down here to the New Item button, and I'm simply going to go ahead and click Adjustment Layer. And it defaults to the same frame size and frame rate of my sequence, that's okay, go ahead and click OK…
