Have you ever worked with adjustment layers and other Adobe tools like After Effects or Photoshop? Well, if you have, you now their power, and if you haven't, the thing to know about adjustment layers is they allow you to apply effects, and then have those effects filtered down to any shots or layers underneath the adjustment layer. And in the case of color correction, this is a powerful way to work. Because not only do you have clip level control over color correcting your shots, you also have track or scene level control by using the adjustment layer. Let me show you what I mean.
