When you are using a Hue/Saturation adjustment layer, let's go ahead and create one, you can also cycle through the different colors to change the sliders here in the Adjustment panel by using your keyboard as well. The default is set to the Master, which means if I adjust any of these sliders, it's going to change everything in the entire image. But if you were going to dial in on a specific color, you may want to choose a different color specifically and you can either do it from the list here and like go down to the Blues or whatever, or you can hold down your Option key on the Mac or the Alt key on Windows and start typing some numbers.
So Option+2 takes you back to Master, the Composite. Option+3, Option+4, Option+5, Option+6, Option+7, Option+8, just cycle you through the different colors. So Option+3 is Red, Option+4 is Yellow, Option+5 is green, Option+6 is Cyan, Option+7 is Blues and Option+8 is Magentas. If you are on the PC you are just holding down the Alt key and typing these numbers as well. So again, very quick easy ways to target the specific color channel you are looking for when you are using the Hue/Saturation adjustment layer.
