So, if you wanted to get started in the business, I would think you already have a love for photography you've worked with a camera enough that you feel some familiarity and confidence in your ability to capture things. You don't really have to spend a huge amount of money to get started, I, I think the beginning is more about awareness of what you can do with what you have. on the simplest level, you can work with continuous lighting you buy down at, at, at the local hardware store. Shop lights modified with some sort of of diffusion material, can be very effective for lighting. Another inexpensive way to go is small strobes that are mounted off camera. photo floods that you get at the local camera shop are a little bit more expensive. when you start to buy higher end continuous lighting such as LED lighting, or HMI or daylight balance fluorescent, the cost can go up quite a bit. I do most of my lighting with strobes, rather than continuous lighting. and the studio strobes I use are…
