- Let's take a minute to talk through, a little bit, the gear pack for this trip to Paris. I'm doing some different things this time, so, in addition to my X100S, my Fuji that I take with me everywhere, I'm going mirroless for this whole trip. I'm going to be bringing some longer and shorter lenses. This is a camera with a 35 millimeter equivalent lens that I use most of the time. It's still my go-to camera. But there are some situations where I'm going to want a long lens, I know, because we're going to be going up on top of a building and shooting some very cool cityscapes and such at twilight. So that drives bringing these other camera and the interchangeable lenses that I'm bringing with it. First of all, my long lens is a 55 to 200 Fuji lens. It's a moderately slow zoom. It's a 3.5 to 4.8, but it's got optical image stabilization, so that more than makes up for the fact that it's slow when you're shooting at twilight.
