If you're a crafter with the sense of humor, chances are you've made a little something in your past that has a bit more personality than maybe some of your other things. Now, what we have on screen is not a complicated craft. This is something I came up with while I was on a hike, had some kids at the camp with us so, we glued on some googly eyes onto some rocks and wala. We had a really fun craft, because, all of a sudden, our natural elements around us had so much more personality and that's actually called anthropomorphizing. When you're giving human characteristics to something that's inanimate, it's not alive, and it normally would not have human characteristics. So, that's the case with these little googly eyed rocks. Now, I think that they already have a lot of personality, but it seems like there's more of a story they want to tell us. And as craft photographers, it's our responsibility to figure out what exactly that story is. So, there are a couple of things that we can do…
