If you're an Aperture user, you can leverage the power of Perfect Photo Suite from directly inside your Aperture library. You can achieve this by either right-clicking on a single image and then choosing Edit Plug-in, and chose whichever plug-in you want to work with. You can even select multiple images by holding down the Cmd key, going up to Photos> Edit with Plug-in, and again, choosing which module you want to work with.
Now, in this case, I actually want to apply multiple effects, so I'm going to jump directly into Perfect Batch. Now we're inside the Batch module, and I don't want to use these presets that I had worked with before so I'm going to simply remove those. I, I do want to keep the watermark, but I don't necessarily want to do the preset of the auto level corrections. I want to make these all black and white, so I'm going to simply hit the minus key to remove it. And now add a module. We'll go to Perfect Black and White. I'm going to go ahead and use a onOne preset. I'm going to go ahead and choose 21st Century Modern Digital.
And then I'm going to choose HDR Landscape. Simply hit OK. Perfect Photo Suite will then batch process these file, and when it's done and I return back to my Aperture library I'll see my original files, as well as my new black and white files that I've just created. So as you see, leveraging the power of Perfect Photo Suite from within Aperture really expands what you can do with both applications.
