By now you should have a good feel for some of the new features in Outlook 2010. You've had a chance to see, firsthand, Outlook's new look and feel, including the all new Outlook Ribbon. You've seen the Quick Steps, which will allow you to organize your e-mail, and your life, quickly. You've seen the cool, new Scheduling and Conversation views, and you've had a chance to check out some of the new Search options, and you've also seen the cool, new Outlook Social Connector. For me, it was great to realize that although Outlook 2010 was packed with lots of useful new functionality, all my old favorite features were left intact.
If you're interested in digging a little bit deeper, you'll want to check out my Outlook 2010 Essential Training course. Thanks for listening!
