Alicia Katz Pollock built her first database when she was 13 years old for her father’s dental office, to send patients cleaning reminder postcards every six months. Now she’s a member of the Apple Consultants Network, a Microsoft Certified Trainer, and a Microsoft Office Specialist, Master Level, in Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint and Outlook. She runs MacPac Academy in Portland, Oregon, and provides both home and corporate computer training through Royalwise Solutions.
