Alicia also includes her favorite top 10 formatting tips in Word, from clearing existing formatting to inserting lines and creating abbreviations with AutoCorrect.
If you are a premium member of the lynda.com Online Training Library, you have access to the exercise files used throughout this title. As you watch the course, you'll see that I have my Exercise files saved on my Desktop and I dragged the folder into my Favorites for easy access. The Exercise files are organized in folders labeled Chapter 1 to 13. Inside each folder are files numbered to match each video. 01_02_navpane means Chapter 1, video 2 about the Navigation pane.
Use these files to follow along with the video. Any additional images or documents used in the videos are also included in the folder. If you are a monthly member or annual number of lynda.com, you don't have access to the exercise files, but you're welcome to try the techniques on your own documents.
